Job DescriptionVisa University is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager with Edtech experience to lead the strategy, development, and continuous improvement of the Digital Payments Library(DPL). As a product leader, you will own and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of this critical learning platform. This includes developing feature and content roadmaps, fostering collaboration across teams, and ensuring the product meets the ongoing needs of our clients and learners. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, working closely with stakeholders across content development, technology, and client success to execute a shared vision. Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy & Vision
Own the strategic direction for the Digital Payments Library and develop detailed product roadmaps for both features and content, ensuring alignment with Visa Universitys broader learning goals and client needs.Collaborate with key stakeholders, including leadership, content development teams, and technology teams to set and execute the product roadmap and long-term strategy.Regularly communicate the feature and content roadmaps to leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, transparency, and buy-in.Content Strategy & Collaboration
Drive the content strategy for the DPL by identifying opportunities for new content, including internal partners and repurposing existing resources to enhance the platform value.Work closely with the content development team to prioritize and deliver high-quality, relevant learning materials that meet the needs of diverse roles in the payments industry.Create and optimize our approach to expand and diversify the platform offerings to drive uptake and learner engagement.Maintain a documented content roadmap.Product Development & Feature Ownership
Define, prioritize, and deliver enhancements to the DPL platform, including technical features, user experience improvements, and content organization updates.Write and communicate clear and complete business requirements and use-cases for technical teams to action.Take accountability for leading out in testing all new features quickly and thoroughly.Partner with technology liaisons and engineering teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives.Collaborate closely with stakeholders to manage dependencies and resolve challenges during product development.Maintain a documented feature and function roadmap.Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement
Build strong relationships with key collaborators, including leadership, the content development team leader, the technical liaison, and technology teams.Act as the driving force behind the platfor success, fostering alignment and ensuring consistent progress toward the product vision.Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, effectively gathering input, communicating updates, exposing challenges, and finding opportunities.Performance Measurement & Continuous Improvement
Work closely with client success teams to analyze user data, gather feedback, and track key performance indicators to measure the platform effectiveness and impact.Use insights from data and client interactions to inform product improvements, identify content opportunities, optimize the learner experience, and guide strategic decision-making.Establish a feedback loop with users and stakeholders to ensure the platform evolves to meet changing needs and expectations.Key Attributes:

This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
10 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 8 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters/ MBA/JD/MD) or at least 3 years of work experience with a PhD

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 161,500.00 to 234,200.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
