Director of Product Management, Engagement Solutions Integration
**Description** **Job Summary:** The Director of Product Management, Engagement Solutions Integration will drive product strategy for Patheon engagement solutions and oversee the integration of data and 3rd party platforms to enhance product platform innovation, improve customer experiences, and drive business growth. This role will combine strategic leadership with hands-on management of products and integration initiatives, driving the use of data to inform product development. The Director is responsible for creating a product vision and roadmap grounded in customer research, business capability, and technical feasibility. You will work closely with Product Owners, software development teams, UX/UI engineers and product marketing to drive product and customer experience strategies from inception to fruition. At the same time, you will develop strong working relationships with stakeholder groups across corporate marketing, sales, product segments, and customer advocacy to ensure alignment and consensus on your product vision and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong product management foundation, having previously planned and launched customer-impacting products and features, and be comfortable working with multiple digital integrations to deliver a seamless customer experience. They possess a start-up mentality, with the ability to navigate an enterprise organization and have a strong track record of facilitating the delivery of enterprise-level roadmaps. They are solution-oriented and focus on directives by understanding business problems and needed outcomes while continually advocating for the customer. **Essential Functions:** Illustrative duties may include, but are not restricted to, the following: **Product Strategy and Delivery:** · Develop and collaborate on the product strategy, including requirements definition and corresponding roadmap. · Prioritize product features, categorize key delivery milestones, and manage the execution within an agile development environment. · Drive the release planning and User Acceptance Testing to ensure products meet user needs and business objectives. **Data Integration and Analytics:** · Spearhead projects requiring integration of data across DRB and other OpCo platforms to enhance product functionality and user experience. · Leverage advanced data technologies and methodologies to inform product roadmaps and feature prioritization. · Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to gauge product performance, market positioning, and customer satisfaction. **Cross-Functional Collaboration and Communication:** · Foster continuous communication and collaboration across all functional units and key stakeholders · Integrate feedback from Product Management, Engineering, and other key stakeholders to refine product strategies and execution plans. **User Advocacy and Market Analysis:** · Act as a user advocate, deeply understanding user workflows and the integration of your products within the broader DRB portfolio. · Conduct market analysis to assess opportunities and competitive threats, adjusting product features and roadmaps in response to market needs. **Operational Excellence:** · Document and communicate business and product requirements clearly to architecture, engineering, and QA teams using lean startup methodologies. · Guide the team in crafting detailed business cases, user stories, and UX/UI designs. **Qualifications and Requirements:** + Bachelor's degree in business management, computer science, engineering, data/business analytics or related technical field. + 10+ years’ experience in product leadership roles; product design, and product lifecycle management from conception to delivery in a product led organization + 3+ years of technical product/program management experience in related industry. + 3+ years leading projects with tight schedules and managing deliverables from multiple teams, across internal and external stakeholders. + In-depth knowledge of data analytics, machine learning, AI, data visualization tools, APIs, and related technologies + Track record for being detail-oriented with a demonstrated ability to self-motivate and follow-through. + Strong customer focus and ability to demonstrate pragmatic decision-making. + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities with limited resources About DRB: As the car care technology leader for 40 years, DRB is the ultimate partner for operators who seek rapid ROI, unparalleled membership growth and unwavering reliability.
