As a Director of Product Management, this role will be responsible for creating a great customer experience for our internal Advisors that spans multiple advisor and sales roles with unique success metrics. This talented individual has a strong track record in product management and someone that brings creativity and humility, product sense and analytical skill, leadership, and ability to collaborate. The role requires experience taking manual workflows, digitizing manual processes, and collaborating with a strong group of internal employees.

What you will do:

Define a product vision and strategy that identifies opportunities that will have the biggest consumer impact, helping our end customers achieve their financial goalsOwn the product roadmap, including both significant short and long-term opportunities for your product and in the context of the broader organizational strategy and goalsObsess about the product design, partnering closely with Designers to constantly look for opportunities to simplify experience and deliver a better experienceLeverage customer research, usability testing, and market research in your strategy to improve likelihood of success and user satisfactionPartner closely with the sales, engineering and design teams to increase team velocity, cohesiveness, and productivityWork closely with cross-functional teams to drive product requirements, manage resources and dependencies, gain approvals (compliance, legal, etc.), and lead the team through key milestones.Define, analyze, and track key performance metricsDrive decision making through customer insights, agile methods to validate hypothesis, quantitative analysis, and A/B testingExecute at a fast pace with a focus on customer outcomes, the user experience, and learning with limited oversightConstantly challenge the status quo and identify opportunities to move faster and more efficiently

What you will bring:

10+ years of experience leading major (digital) direct-to-consumer products and working collaboratively with engineering, design, and research teamsExceptional prioritization and stakeholder management skills, particularly working with compliance/legal partners in a highly regulated industryExcellent communication skills, storytelling, and organizational skills that instills confidence in senior leaders, cross-functional partners, and peersRelentless follow through and commitment to do the right through and do what you sayDetail and design oriented; the details really matter to youPassionate about tackling complicated and impactful customer and business problemsCritical, analytical thinker and comfortable analyzing data and pulling out key insightsBachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA is a plus

What will set you apart:

Experience working the wealth management industry, either with or as an advisorSalesforce experienceProven track record of navigating through the full product life cycle, integrating customer feedback in requirements, driving prioritization, and pre/post-launch executeExperience working directly with advisors, investment sales, and/or financial plannersExperience in the wealth management industry with demonstrable knowledge of industry best practicesCritical, analytical thinker and comfortable analyzing data and pulling out key insights

Base Salary Range

$132,600.00 - $192,300.00

The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
