As a Director of Product Management / Product Management Team Leader at Como, you will spearhead the development and execution of our product strategy, driving the creation and improvement of our customer engagement solutions. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will ensure our product offerings meet customer needs and market demands. Your leadership will guide the product team to deliver innovative solutions that support our strategic objectives and enhance our market position within the Heartland family and globally.
Key Responsibilities:Product Vision and Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy that aligns with Como's business goals and customer needs.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of product managers, fostering an environment of innovation and excellence.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to define and prioritize product features and enhancements.
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for product innovation.
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
Customer Engagement: Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and incorporate it into product development.
Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance and key metrics, making data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Resource Management: Manage product budgets and resources effectively.
Innovation and Culture: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and customer-centricity within the team and across the organization.
Required Skills and Experience:Minimum of 7 years in product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Proven track record of leading product teams and delivering impactful SaaS based products.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
Deep understanding of market research methodologies and product analytics.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in customer engagement, marketing automation, loyalty, or related industries.
Experience in the retail or hospitality industry.
Knowledge of cloud technologies and their application in product development.
Familiarity with data-driven product management and analytics tools.
Certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies.
