Director of Product Marketing
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Marketing to lead our product marketing and go-to-market efforts. In this role, you will spearhead strategic initiatives while managing a small, dedicated team. You will be hands-on in various marketing activities, from crafting messaging to executing campaigns, ensuring our products resonate in the market.
Please note: This is remote, but we are hiring specifically in the Los Angeles or New York area because these are employee hubs for us. We have office space available for work collaboration and team building events. Business partners within these geographical regions are involved with marketing and cross functional department interactions.
Salary: $180,000 - $200,000What the Director of Product Marketing will do:Define, craft, and implement go to market strategies, bringing new products to market with creative and effective messaging and positioning Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates our products in the marketplace and resonates with target personasWork cross-functionally  with product management, sales, and marketing teams to understand product roadmaps and effectively launch new products and features to marketConduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats to inform product and marketing strategyWork closely with sales and customer success teams to develop use-cases and customer success stories for distribution across sales and marketing initiatives Develop and deliver clear, compelling product presentations and collateral for sales enablementCommunicate the value proposition of our products to the sales team and create the sales tools that support the selling process of your productsUtilize market and customer research to gain insights, inform product marketing strategy, and drive product developmentExperience the candidate can bring:Reside in or around the New York City areaBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is preferred8+ years of experience in product marketing, with at least 4 years in a leadership roleProven track record in crafting compelling messaging and product positioningExperience with market analysis and segmentationProven ability to develop innovative and targeted marketing strategiesStrong leadership skills with the ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teamsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExperience in mobile app analytics, big data, or SaaS industries is a plus$180,000 - $200,000 a year
