As the program owner, directly influence the evolution of this process as part of broader transformation efforts.\nFacilitate the ongoing upleveling of the product management roles by core processes and artifacts, workflow efficiency, and driving adoption of new ways of working. \n\n\nSupport product managers with program management best practices for the highest-priority initiatives.\nCreate lightweight, agile execution frameworks that improve predictability and delivery quality.\nPartner with Engineering Operations to define actionable scrum-level reporting and progress visibility.\nProvide clear, data-driven visibility into roadmap progress, risks, and product portfolio health.\n\n\nLead key customer programs: Customer Advisory Boards (CABs), Product Preview Programs, and Product Experience Programs.\nRecruit participants, structure feedback flows, and ensure insights directly influence roadmap and prioritization.\nMaintain consistent, scalable, and high-quality customer engagement mechanisms.\n\n\nFacilitate communication across Product, Engineering, UX, DevOps, Security, and Customer Success.\nOwn the product metrics framework (velocity, predictability, adoption, quality, customer outcomes).\nPartner with data science & analytics and finance teams to generate actionable insights and improve execution.\nDeliver crisp, executive-ready reporting on product portfolio health and team performance trends.\n\n \nWhat We’re Looking For On Your Resume\n\n10+ years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related operational role in a fast-paced, technology-driven company.\nStrong experience with Agile methodologies, product development frameworks, and tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello, etc.).\nProven ability to streamline workflows, remove bottlenecks, and implement scalable processes across product teams.\nStrong analytical skills, with experience using data to drive decisions and improve processes.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.\nAbility to thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.\nStrong project management skills with an emphasis on driving results and meeting deadlines.\nExperience in a SaaS or enterprise software environment, particularly within the context of experience management or customer insights.\nFamiliarity with Qualtrics’ products and platform is a plus, or a deep understanding of customer experience and employee experience management.\nExperience scaling product operations in a high-growth, global organization.\nAdvanced proficiency in product lifecycle management tools, analytics platforms, and reporting systems.\n\n \nWhat You Should Know About This Team\n\nLeadership role overseeing all product functions including Product Management, Engineering, UX, and Product Marketing.\nLeads a cross-functional team (“pod”) to define product roadmaps, set priorities, and allocate investments for EX product initiatives.\nIntegral part of the Product Unit (PU) leadership team, jointly accountable for the portfolio of products at Qualtrics.\nHigh influence on both product and business strategy, shaping the future direction of the EX offerings.\nFocused on enhancing digital interactions, acknowledging the vast potential and challenges inherent in digital customer engagement\n\n \nOur Team’s Favorite Perks and Benefits\n\nWe participate in personalized Career Action Planning. For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered within this range may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer.
