The Director of Projects is a pivotal leadership position within our organization, dedicated to driving the success of our mining and mineral processing initiatives. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be instrumental in supporting Project Managers and their teams to achieve delivery excellence across all assigned projects. Your role will provide clients and project sponsors with the assurance and confidence they need, while maintaining robust control over project scope, schedule, cost, health, safety, security, and environmental (HSSE) standards, quality, and risk management.

In this dynamic position, you will collaborate closely with various stakeholders—including Project Managers, Engineering teams, and Proposal Development teams—to ensure project estimates and timelines are precise, current, and aligned with overarching project objectives. Your strategic mindset and strong business acumen will be essential as you mentor and guide project managers, ensuring projects are adequately resourced and executed to the highest standards.

Reporting to the Operations Director, you will also play a critical role in the tendering and pre-contract processes, ensuring that strategically significant proposals are well-planned, budgeted, and scheduled in accordance with company processes. Your efforts will not only enhance the execution of existing projects but also be vital in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities for the organization.
