This includes communication with providers and staff to support provider practices while redesigning clinic based care delivery that allows the practice to implement care on a population based level, improve patient experience, and capture reimbursement for better healthcare outcomes through quality care. The role is designed to serve as a department head in coordinating the necessary training to department staff to improve quality measures, change management, analytics, and evidence based clinical processes while improving the quality of care through HEDIS, CMS Star Rating, HCC’s, health plan quality performance reporting, and P4P measures. In addition, QD is responsible for managing member services and member retention efforts and initiatives. QD would oversee marketing efforts to capture new membership and promote the medical group within the community. QD will work closely with providers and office staff to provide patient satisfaction and quality trainings. Qualifications EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING 1. Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.2. 2-3 years of IPA/managed care experience required.3. At least 1 year of HEDIS related experience.4. Extensive knowledge of managed care and health plan standards.5. Must be able to travel between clinic offices.6. Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills, and ability to collaborate with co-workers, senior leadership, and other management.7. Proficient in word processing, spreadsheets (excel), database and typing.
