Director of Quality and Special Projects The Opportunity The Director of Quality and Special Projects serves as an integral part of the team overseeing quality and performance improvement across all divisions, ensuring that all programs operate within approved policies and procedures and in compliance with relevant rules and regulations set forth by the agency and local, state and federal requirements. The Director of Quality and Special Projects supervises staff who perform data analytics and system management. Responsibilities Support programs in meeting Federal, State, and local regulations and agency policies and procedures. + Conduct and/or oversee Case Record Review activities including but not limited to preparing quarterly and annual reports, aggregating data, analyzing trends, and working collaboratively with program staff regarding training, follow-up activities and improvements. + Coordinate and/or conduct Incident Review activities including investigations/assessments and evaluations; incident/accident/grievance tracking; Incident Review meetings and minutes, special reviews related to critical incidents; Preparation of quarterly and annual reports. + Participate in and/or lead Quality Improvement meetings. Communicate results and recommendations to staff including the presentation of data and trends analysis. Work collaboratively with program staff to conduct Quality Monitoring activities capturing Key Performance Indicators and other quality data. + Assist with the formulation, implementation and monitoring of corrective actions to ensure program improvement including but not limited to policy/procedure development and review, systems development and review, establishing outcome measures; tracking the implementation of corrective actions and providing follow-up, as needed, with program staff. + Responsible for oversight of electronic systems including implementations and maintenance of systems such as electronic health record. Performs other related duties as assigned. Qualifications + Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree in Human Services or related field preferred + Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality improvement, program evaluation, and/or administration required. + Strong organizational and project management skills required Ability to work and communicate with diverse stakeholders in individual and group settings Additional Information + Schedule: Full-Time, Monday-Friday.
