Director of Quality Assurance

Insight Global is seeking a Director of Quality Engineering for a large financial client with a proven track-record that can bring the passion, work ethic and expertise needed to lead a strong quality engineering team. This is a senior leadership role focused on scaling the organization and practices. Delivering best-in-class functionality at a competitive velocity. Managing direct reports and driving both waterfall and agile quality of state/local and federal government systems by ensuring all product changes meet strict quality expectations.
Working in close partnership with application development and business, you will establish strategic and operational testing technology best practices and processes to effectively and efficiently manage incoming demand of work. You will also ensure successful implementation of software releases while ensuring balance of capacity planning and forecasting of team tasks. Other responsibilities include managing and coaching 4 direct reports and 36 indirect reports. This position is 5 days per week onsite in Omaha, NE or Berkeley Height's, NJ
