This Director of Recruiting will manage a team of 8+ recruiters, building and optimizing processes to enhance efficiency and drive revenue-focused talent acquisition. Global experience and expertise in sourcing emerging markets are a plus. Requirements Qualifications: + 8+ years of recruiting experience, including 3+ years in a leadership role. + High-volume recruiting experience, preferably in staffing or consulting. + Proven success in building and managing teams. + Global recruiting and market expansion experience is highly desirable. + Data-driven mindset with strong organizational and communication skills. + Recent Leadership experience in the staffing industry required!
