Director of Regional Operations
Job description We are seeking an experienced and results-driven leader to join us as Director of Regional Operations within our UK Retail function. This is a senior leadership role with accountability for driving operational excellence across our retail estate, supporting the delivery of Sportsbook, Player Safety, and Gaming operations. You’ll work closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders to deliver on objectives and ensure compliance while maximizing performance.
As the Director of Regional Operations, you’ll lead and inspire regional operations teams, implement retail plans, and ensure the highest standards of customer service, operational efficiency, and compliance. You’ll also play a crucial role in driving market share growth and managing operational risks, while ensuring the seamless delivery of retail operations across multiple locations. What you will be doing –  
Leadership of regional locations managing the performance of multiple LBOs and reporting regional performance KPIs and OKRs to the UK Retail Director and UK Exec TeamIdentify and act on opportunities to continually grow market share whileidentifying present and future risks to the business licences and operationsAn ambassador for external bodies engaging them in strategic opportunities and developing synergiesConsistency of standard operations and operational excellence across the entire UK estateBeat the competition by deploying appropriate strategies to continually grow market shareEncourage and share best practice across the division to deliver continual business improvementsManages profit and loss to maximise cost and resource anticipating future risksFulfil the role as personal management licence holder ensuring a fully compliant environment complying with Gambling Commission Licensing objectives and LCCP guidelines
