The Work:
Manage and oversee the Charge Description Master (CDM) rate settingLead contract negotiations and manage payer relationshipsUtilize Sorian and StrataJazz contracting modulesPerform contract modeling and troubleshoot payer issuesOversee contract management and reportingEnsure compliance with price transparency regulationsSupport the revenue budget process, including revenue/statistical variance analysisPrepare monthly and ad-hoc net revenue reportingAssist in service line analysis with FP&AOversee cost reporting for most companies and conduct regulatory researchAnalyze government reimbursement and assist with provider and payer enrollmentManage professional enrollment, facility credentialing and re-credentialing, including CAQH processesLead PHO contract negotiations and planningYou have:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum of 7 years of experience in healthcare reimbursement and managed care – some leadership experience is preferredExtensive knowledge of healthcare finance, reimbursement methodologies, and regulatory requirementsExperience with Soarian, StrataJazz, and other relevant software systems preferredStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent communication and negotiation abilitiesDemonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectivelyReady to join our team?
