Director of Revenue Enablement

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Director of Revenue Enablement to support the WorldPay for Platforms business. In this role you will collaborate with the global go-to-market (GTM) leadership team across Sales, Marketing, Product, Revenue Operations, and Partner Operations on defining and executing our enablement strategy. Your ability to foster strong relationships, align teams, and drive projects to successful completion will be crucial to your success.

The ideal candidate will be a key partner to the CRO of Worldpay for Platforms, managing a wide range of responsibilities to ensure seamless operations, effective communication, and successful execution of organizational initiatives. This role requires an initiative-taking and versatile professional with exceptional organizational skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.  This role will be part of the Revenue Operations team which supports all sales and marketing activities. 

A successful candidate will take initiative, create strong cross functional relationships, and leverage resources from across the organization to improve sales effectiveness.  You do not shy away from rolling up your sleeves and approach each new challenge with a “start-up” mindset through quick iterations and measuring what matters.

You are comfortable interacting cross-functionally at all levels of the organization, from operational functions to customer-facing leaders, and understand how to navigate the broader company. You are a collaborator and are known for your ability to build and create value.

While you thrive in ambiguity, you are highly organized, detail-oriented and are passionate about designing and implementing programs then measuring results and adjusting to drive continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Determine sales enablement priorities with cross functional stakeholdersServe as the liaison between sales, marketing and product teams to enable sales playsGather and relay feedback to continuously iterate on the enablement strategyPartner with the Learning and Development function to identify gaps, develop plans, and execute trainingCurate and maintain sales enablement content, working with marketing to prioritize gapsDetermine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practicesEnsure our sales teams are equipped with the content/skills needed to successfully position the value of Worldpay’s offerings across a variety of industries and buying personas, manage their books of business/territory plan, and execute deal cyclesCreate a structured ramp plans for new hires with clear milestones, performance metrics, and learning checkpointsImplement feedback loops to gather input from sales reps and leaders, continuously improving enablement programsBuild strong relationships with sales leadership to identify global needs/skill gaps and build enablement deliverables and content around themSchedule regular check-ins with sales leadership to align priorities and address evolving needs.Collaborate with marketing to ensure alignment in messaging, sales strategies, and market conditionsCreate and maintain product documentation, FAQs, and certification materials that align with the latest updatesEstablish metrics to measure the impact of sales enablement programsUse performance data to identify knowledge or skill gaps across the sales team and build plans to address needs of individual sellers

Basic Qualifications

8 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or at least 10 years of work with a focus in sales, sales support, presales, &/or technical product marketing, enablement.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a positive can-do attitude

A strong understanding of the sales environment, including sales content, tools and training Experience in sales enablement, revenue-facing roles, sales training, or sales support, and a demonstrated knowledge of best practices, methodologies, and technologies in each of these areasMeasurable experience with having a positive impact on business outcomes, such as win rate, quota attainment, length of sales cycle, etc.Experience in executing change management initiatives with established approachesStrong program/project management skills & strong facilitation skillsDemonstrated ability to effectively navigate and lead others in an ambiguous environment to achieve high levels of performance and deliver sustainable value to the organization by holding yourself and others accountable.Strong relationship-management skills and ability to communicate effectively, and collaborate with, senior-to-exec management.Strategic, analytical thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to aim for higher ground, change agentProcess oriented, with a high attention to detail and quality on both internal teamwork and external products brought to marketHands-on, entrepreneurial and nimble, while also able to navigate a globally matrixed environmentExperience building executive level communications and delivering presentationsAbility to work within a complex and often ambiguous environment, and to influence senior management and other relevant parties


 


Worldpay is committed to providing its employees with an exciting career opportunity and competitive compensation. The pay range for this full-time position is $153,180.00 - $257,360.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.  . This position may be eligible for bonus and/or commission.
