Join us at Bosch Mobility Aftermarket and help us shape the future of mobility! **Job Description** + Drive Americas sales Strategy and structure centered around the customer / market requirements and targets for the region in order to secure new business, expand market share in key areas and realize profitable growth. + Derive, align and deliver annual Target Business Plans with clearly communicated KPI’s and Quota’s to be deployed throughout the sales organization. + Drive and deliver key IAM (Independent Aftermarket) unique KPI’s tied to Share of Account, Logistics, Services and Supply Agreements / Customer Service Levels + Maintain, expand, and develop relationships with top management at the customer (CEO and President Level) and within the Bosch BBM while being highly visible accessible, and accountable to customers, sales team, and cross-functional areas. + Work with PRM (Product Management) SMS (Sales and Marketing Services) in NA to refine IAM product strategy, then lead Field implementation for Sales growth while ensuring contractual protection to supply tools, equipment, and services to all customers / channels. + Sponsor, support and implement key projects and processes in order to achieve efficiencies and drive performance within both AS (Automotive Services Solutions) and MA/NA (Mobility Aftermarket North America) + Gather competitive information affecting Product & Sales Strategy, then utilize in development of both Customer Specific Selling Strategy as well as Bosch support plans / structure. + Lead a team and apply sound employment decisions in the areas of talent acquisition, rewarding, performance management and career development. Act as coach and mentor to others. + Work with Logistics Management and Operations planning to develop aligned business plans while addressing future Sales growth opportunities for NA. + Strong knowledge and understanding of drivers for Profitable growth with in IAM North American Market. + Matrix with AS Leadership teams in addition to coordination with SNA Sales Leadership. **Qualifications** **KNOWLEDGE and CERTIFICATION:** Required: + 7+ years of Direct or Indirect experience in IAM Tools & Equipment - + International Sales experience operating in a global environment. + Bachelor’s Degree in Business or a related field + Understanding of Tools and Equipment Market in Aftermarket NA Preferred: + Masters of Business Administration or Masters of Science preferred + Strong understanding of SAP **SKILLS & ABILITIES** : + Required: Diplomacy & working within a matrix organization + Excellence in verbal, written and presentation skills. + Strong leadership - Leading the business, leading others, and leading self and drive for success. + Negotiation Expertise – Leading and resolving complex negotiations across multiple regions + Ability to derive and execute long term strategies to achieve growth and profitability objectives + Ability to travel up to 50%, including international travel + Translates strategic plans into specific programs and business plans + Assists in formulating and communicating vision and mission of the organization **U.S. work authorized individuals only.
