Role Description

Candidate must be flexible and excited about working in a fast-paced environment; have proven communication and organizational skills; and be willing and able to focus on both internal and external customer service to meet business needs. This role requires high energy and is very transaction oriented.  

Qualifications Minimum of 5 years sales management experienceBachelor’s degree or equivalent. MBA is preferredHighly developed solution selling, customer relations, and negotiating skillsStrong track record of revenue attainment as a leader of a sales teamExperience selling applications to the legal industry and existing contacts in the industry is a plusExperience selling HR solutions is a plusAbility to interact with C-level executivesStrong leadership characteristicsPositive attitudeExcellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skillsStrong presentation skills Responsibilities Mentor, coach, and develop sales team to meet business objectivesResponsible for sales team pipeline development, deal forecasting, and deal executionGuide Account Executives on resource allocation, account strategy, and planningAssist with developing solution proposals encompassing all aspects of the relative application suitesEnsure that all Account Executives are following the company’s standard sales processAssist with negotiations and contractual agreements to close the saleIdentify and develop strategic alignment with key third-party influencers and partnersCreate business strategies and processes with managementDirect team to properly prospect and close new businessMotivate and drive team to exceed sales targets Options Apply for this job onlineApplyShareEmail this job to a friendRefer Sorry the Share function is not working properly at this moment.
