Corrpro Companies is looking for a Director of Sales for Water Infrastructure in our Western US Region.
Corrpro is a corrosion engineering, cathodic protection, and corrosion monitoring business for the protection and preservation of infrastructure. Corrpro provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Corrpro Companies is a subsidiary of Azuria Water Solutions Company.
Grow sales of cathodic protection products and services primarily within the water infrastructure marketActively grow your own major accounts through direct technical sales while leading sales staffLead the development and ongoing execution of sales and marketing strategies for water infrastructureCreate long and short term sales objectives to increase market share, client win rate, outstanding orders and profitabilityAnalyze the effectiveness of sales programs and processes; recommend and implement changes based on findings.Lead the development of relationships with potential customers to nurture new business accounts and partnerships to accomplish growth targetsEnsure strong relationships with existing customers and distributors through regular meetings and communication to maintain and grow sales opportunitiesRecruit, develop and manage a strong industrial sales team to ensure attainment of company targetsEnsure the implementation and use of Salesforce, our CRM (Customer Relationship Management) ToolBuild strong working relationships with internal customers and effectively partner with Operations to grow the businessAssist in annual budget planning and monitor expenditures throughout the fiscal yearGenerate sales forecasts and track progress of sales versus budget targetsCoordinate product and service pricing and project logistics with department managersPartner with Sales staff on project opportunities outside the local regionAttend Trade Shows and use other marketing techniques as needed to promote company products and servicesActively research market developments to identify business opportunities for Corrpro’s product and service offeringQUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or related field10 years of sales experience, with water infrastructure clients preferred5 years sales management experience including recruiting, developing and leading a sales teamDirect technical sales experience with an emphasis on major accountsMust have or develop an extensive knowledge of Corrpro Companies products and servicesTeam oriented person with ability to develop a cohesive team environment between departmentsExcellent oral and written communication skills and customer service skills are a must Ability to work with all levels of management both internally and externallyMust be able to freely travel across the territory extensivelyExperience working with complex spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software and Salesforce (or other CRM)Compensation and Benefits: Our company offers a Competitive Salary ranging from $140k and higher plus Quarterly Sales Bonus Potential with Career Growth Opportunities and a Full Benefits Package including Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance, Matching 401k, Tuition Assistance, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays, and much more.
