Job Description

Director of Sales 

Through your passion and motivation, you sell memorable experience to guests who stay in your property. You are professional and knowledgeable about your property, and you build strong relationships and create bond with your guests.


What you will be doing:

Ensure implementation of all Sales related Policies & Procedures and adhere to company and hotel policies & procedures.Develop, implement, maximize, monitor and evaluate objectives, strategies and activities of the Sales Department so as to achieve and exceed forecasted revenue figures in Rooms and Food & Beverage and all hotels related revenue streams (e.g. Apartments).Ensure that an effective and efficient day-to-day acquisition program, including, administration, reporting system is effective organized and deployed.Solicit group, transient and/or banquet business, and reach consistent achievement of sales objectivesEstablish parameters, quotes and negotiate prices and seal contractsParticipate in tradeshows, conventions and promotional eventsMaintain accounts, contact, activity and business details
Qualifications

Your experience and skills include:
Relevant sales experience is an asset
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
Highly responsible & reliable
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal required
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
