THE JOB
The Director of Sales and Business Development, Germany is responsible for leading the sales strategy and execution within the German market. This pivotal role focuses on driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Working closely with the Managing Director, Germany, the Director will align sales strategies with overall business goals, set ambitious targets, and lead/develop a high-performing sales team. The Director of Sales, Germany is a visionary self-starter who thrives in ever changing business environments. A hands-on mentality to client acquisition and account management is a key element of success for this role.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW
Proven track record of successful sales leadership in high performing business environments.Ability to manage and complete multiple projects and priorities at the same time and effective prioritization.Demonstrated experience in Business / Client growth, including acquisition and development of existing clients.Excellent understanding of the German entertainment industry, including on- and offline trends and developments.Hands on experience with CRM / Sales Tools, especially Salesforce.Strong written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in German with strong English skills.Experience in leading and unifying remote teams.An already established network within the Live Entertainment industry is a bonus, but not essential.YOU (BEHAVIOURAL SKILLS)
