Responsible for the overall management of the sales team (some of the tasks you will be entrusted with are listed below).
Operations
-Set up key accounts and develop strategies to increase market share by leveraging Unicorn and Pixis databases.
-Perform market and competitive research on a regular basis.
-Greet VIP guests upon arrival and departure.
-Create forecast files listing staff names, convention plans, etc. for promotional purposes.
-Directs sales representatives on promotions to travel agencies and groups.
Management
-PP, department operations reflecting work processes and standards within the department.
Support the creation, management and updating of manuals in detail and review them annually.
-Involved in the preparation of the Marketing Business Plan, ensuring that the departmental goals are adequately aligned with the hotel's objectives and the needs of its employees.
-Work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing and the Revenue Team.
Assist in the preparation and updating of departmental budgets, ensuring that goals are met and costs are under control.
Human Resource Development
- Assist in the development of multi-skilled, multi-tasking sales staff in accordance with internal guidelines.
- Oversee the compliance of operations with PP and applicable laws through detailed controls.

-Ability to understand the basics of “Revenue Management”.
