Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals to meet and exceed sales goals.Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry contacts.Collaborate with marketing, operations, and other departments to ensure alignment and achieve overall business objectives.Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
