Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and results-driven Director of Sales & Marketing to join our team in Udaipur, India. As a key member of our executive leadership, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance our market position in the hospitality industry.

Develop and execute innovative sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market shareLead and mentor a high-performing sales and marketing team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvementConduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trendsEstablish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders in the hospitality sectorCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of sales and marketing initiatives with overall business objectivesCreate and manage annual budgets for the sales and marketing departmentAnalyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decision-making and optimize performanceOversee the development and implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and social mediaRepresent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate new business leadsProvide regular reports and presentations to senior management on sales performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred7+ years of progressive experience in sales and marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the hospitality industryProven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive marketStrong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive sales and marketing programsExcellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslySuperior communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levelsProficiency in CRM software, data analysis tools, and Microsoft Office SuiteIn-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and hotel selling techniquesDemonstrated ability to lead and motivate high-performing teamsStrong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategiesExcellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectivelyWillingness to travel as required for business development and industry events
