JOB PURPOSE


To drive revenue and market share for the hotel by leading and managing the sales and marketing efforts. This involves developing and implementing strategic sales plans, building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and partners, and overseeing a team of sales professionals to achieve revenue goals.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS


Experience creating lasting relationships with key clients, generate revenue and ensure the hotel's market leading performance.Experience developing and executing sales strategies to support revenue objectives of the hotel.Strong verbal and written skills  Ability to negotiateProven at hiring, training and developing the sales staffProven knowledge of Revenue Management conceptsEffective at analyzing sales data, customer feedback, to identify trends and opportunities for improvementAble to analysis trends, group pickup, STR reportHilton's OnQ experience a plusProficient with Windows Office to include Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and TeamsAble to read, speak and write SpanishAble to work weekends and holidays with occasional overnight travel requiredOther duties as assigned.

Work Experience

EDUCATION


High school graduate or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree from an accredited university preferred by not required


EXPERIENCE


8+ years minimum of hotel sales experience

2 years of management experience
