Director of Sales- New Equipment

As the Director of Sales for New Capital Equipment, you will report to the VP of Sales and Marketing, Diversity, Food & Health, North America. You will lead the sales strategy for new equipment offerings, ensuring the achievement of revenue targets and market expansion. You will accomplish sales plans, building customer relationships, and collaborating with teams to provide solutions that meet customer needs and enhance our competitive position in the market. Key Responsibilities: Oversee the strategic sales plans to achieve our goals and increase revenue in the capital food equipment sector including stainless steel custom fabrication of both industrial and sanitary process systems Develop relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements. Manage the sales budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment. Manage a team of 5-7 Business Development Managers by setting clear goals, offering regular feedback, and creating a supportive team environment. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field required. Minimum of 7+ years of experience in sales management within the food capital equipment industry required. Experience selling process systems designs, fabricates, and installs for custom stainless steel process systems, tanks, skidded solutions, and pharmaceutical process equipment, to name a few. Experience achieving sales targets and driving business growth. Oversee the sales process including negotiations, contract management, and deal closures, while achieving sales targets. 5 years in a leadership role. You will work remotely, and we ask that you travel approximately 25% to 50%. COMPENSATION RANGE: $145,000.00 to $165,000.00 +40% quarterly/annual commission.
