Job Responsibilities:
Lead a team of sales operations analysts and managers, building a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and data-driven decision-making.Own sales forecasting and pipeline management, leveraging data-driven insights to drive decision-making and optimizing sales performance.Identify and implement automation opportunities, process improvements, and technology solutions that enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization.Design and manage sales compensation plans, quotas, and performance metrics that motivate and drive results.Utilize market intelligence and customer data to provide strategic recommendations to sales leadership that will improve sales execution and business results.Continuously evolve forecasting models, analyze historic results, and make business recommendations.Working with the management team to develop, implement and manage the Business processes, systems, reports and strategies to meet organizational goals and initiatives.Basic Qualifications:
15+ years’ experience in a sales operations roleBachelor's degree or equivalent experience
