 What Success Looks Like:

Leads the preparation and filing of all SEC reports, including 10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, and other required filings. Ensures compliance with SEC, GAAP, and other regulatory requirements. Manages the preparation of quarterly and annual financial statements, including footnotes and MD&A disclosures. Oversees the coordination and communication with external auditors during the review and audit processes. Monitors changes in SEC regulations and accounting standards, assess their impact on the company's financial reporting, and leads the implementation of necessary changes. Implements and maintains internal controls over financial reporting. Conducts research on technical accounting issues and document findings to support financial reporting and compliance. ​ Provides guidance and training to staff on SEC reporting requirements and best practices. Works closely with other departments, including legal, investor relations, and corporate finance, to ensure accurate and timely reporting. Manages and mentors a direct report, providing support and development opportunities.

Your Credentials:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA required. Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in SEC reporting and public accounting. Experience in managing and developing team members. Experience with OneStream a plus.

The salary range for this position is $143,316, to $179,145 with bonus potential.
