Director of Service
Director of Service - Cassling  Successful candidates must reside in Omaha, NE or surrounding area   The purpose of this position is to improve business and operating results by overseeing, coordinating and administrating the function of current and future Cassling Service and associated personnel who provide the technical expertise and service to Cassling customers and support Cassling Service development initiatives.  The position has a direct impact on the delivery of quality customer service.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities Assist in managing and oversight of all Service Department activities for the Cassling Service team. Manage customer expectations of efficient and timely delivery of service and maintenance on a variety imaging equipment serviced by the Cassling Service team. Work in conjunction with the Strategy, Sales and Service leadership teams in creating, implementing and managing service solutions, both existing and new. Coordinate efforts with the V.P. of Service to anticipate future service growth needs. Managing and oversight of Service Department activities for Service growth and expanded service development opportunities within and outside of Cassling’s core Service Territory. Negotiations with Cassling business partners for reciprocal labor rates and agreements as it pertains to service growth and development. Establishing and maintaining working relationships with a variety of OEM and other service providers. Responsible for budget and financial results by maintaining accurate implementation schedule of equipment and services, existing and new. Develop and maintain in-house clinical engineering partnerships and relationships. Responsible for all personnel issues relating to service delivery including salaries, hiring, dismissal, employee development, time sheets, expense reports etc. Provide support for technical field service personnel and customers. Arrange, coordinate, and facilitate meetings with customers, business partners and service personnel. Responsible for Quarterly Business Review/Customer Business Review content creation and presentation. Participate in Corporate Strategic Planning activities as required. Responsible for all administrative duties necessary for the administration of service and related personnel. As an integral part of all Cassling business functions, interacts with employees, customers and vendors as part of a team to assist with and facilitate the delivery of quality service, and helps create a work environment conducive to solving problems. Must be able to understand and abide by Corporate Compliance requirements. Must be willing to provide the following information to hospitals upon request: immunization records, drug screening, background check and training record. Exhibit ethical, objective business relationships in which the best interests of Cassling and its customers are maintained.  Any influences that would jeopardize this responsibility should be reviewed with VP of Service. Education: Minimum of 2 years technical/vocational school training.  Bachelor's degree is desired. Excellent communication skills, oral and written, with the ability to communicate across all levels of the organization. Ability to build rapport and trust quickly with employees at all levels of the organization. Accountable leadership skills with the ability to drive consensus. Able to create, manage, and implement a budget. Proficiency with all Microsoft Office products and applications. Able to routinely utilize independent judgment in performing job responsibilities. Willing and able to travel and work long, sometimes unscheduled work hours. Willing and able to work in an unstructured and minimally supervised environment.
