Previous management experience in an LTC setting required!

Direct, establish & plan the overall policies and goals for the Social Services DepartmentResponsible for assessment, care planning & helping residents adjustOccasional Community OutreachFamiliar with a variety of concepts, practices & proceduresA wide degree of creativity and latitude is expectedRely on extensive experience & judgment to plan and accomplish goals

Requirements:

Management experience in an LTC settingMinimum of BSWLSW – MSWKnowledge of applicable State & Federal guidelinesExceptional interpersonal & leadership skills
