Work with organizational leaders to focus on software development process, and methodology enhancements. Propose changes to the leadership team to gain approval and determine action for implementation. Advise on resource planning, personnel decisions, and team structures to meet current and expected future needs. Oversee the installation and configuration of new systems and customize them for the organization. Understand delivery for both desktop and web-based software products, in the context of new product development and sustaining engineering. Design, configure, develop, and support Dynamics 365 CRM hands-on including technologies such as Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and integrations with Dynamics 365/Power Platform. Utilize build tools, continuous integrations, automation, and development operations. Accountable for management of multiple projects. Collaborate with departmental management to ensure clearly defined user requirements, product definition and acceptance criteria. Align team to meet schedule and fulfill commitments. Lead or participate in the analysis of business and system requirements. Design the system and functional specifications for new development projects. Provide senior-level technical guidance as required. Research different technologies to decide if they would increase the organization’s efficiency. Analyze costs and benefits of IT systems and upgrades. Implement appropriate development methodologies, best practices, documentation, and tools. Participate in defining the strategies of product development. Develop comprehensive cost/benefits analysis and review preparation of estimates for new projects. Monitor and identify metrics that can effectively report the overall health of projects and systems to mitigate risk and resolve issues before they are experienced by other groups or business partners. Champion and improve the continuous integration and development of software within and across teams within the Agile/SCRUM framework. Hire, train, mentor and supervise teams of software engineers/programmers, business analysts, and quality assurance analysts. Review, evaluate, prepare, and provide feedback to team regarding work performance. Lead and delegate tasks when needed. Reward and discipline employees; address complaints and resolve problems. Occasional business travel within the U.S. up to 5 business days per year may be required. Requires Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related and 5 years progressive experience in the job offered, CRM Business Analyst, Dynamics CRM Principal Solutions Architect, Software Solutions Architect, IT Manager, President & CEO, or related. 5 years must include experience with (1) Software Engineering management related to CRM systems and solutions architecture design and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.; (2) Microsoft Dynamics CRM software engineering management, including implementing and managing CRM systems in a complex business environment; (3) CRM principles, best practices, and methodologies; (4) Microsoft Dynamics CRM software, including application design, system configuration and customization; (5) team management; (6) leveraging CRM data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions; (7) manage multiple CRM projects simultaneously; and (8) C# .NET, JavaScript, HTML, SQL, SSRS, and SSIS. 5 years must also include experience with Configuration and development experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Portals, and Azure Functions.
