Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Director of Solution Management is responsible for defining and executing winning strategies for service product solution offerings by targeting existing and new market opportunities; in particular, the service area(s) of Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, and/or Laser Support Services.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and become a subject matter expert on the overall solution offering, defined as: services and supported medical equipment included as part of the service productCreate, manage and innovate the Solution Business Model, to include:  Validate customer segmentation and market requirements definitionEnhance existing solutions to improve the value propositionEstablish return on investment analysisCollaborate with and gain stakeholder approval of new/redesigned solution offerings from marketing, sales, operations, finance, legal, and others as requiredIntegrate new/redesigned solution offerings into sales process and marketing channels through development of sales and readiness capabilities and enablement toolsPartner with cross-functional teams to establish solution offering return on investment, pricing strategy, and customer value realizationConduct new/redefined solution offering beta pilots with customers to ensure service product valuationResearch buy/build/partner opportunities and lead operational deployment planning and organizational readiness of new/redesigned solution offeringsReview the solution offering performance and propose recommendations for service innovation and/or potential service ramp downUnderstand the competitor landscape and key market drivers for solution positioning and successWork closely with the downstream marketing team to define and execute the go-to-market planEffectively articulate, educate and train sales and operations teams on the features and benefits of solution offeringsActively review and participate in mergers and acquisitions due diligenceOther duties as needed

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

5+ years of experience in solution/product management, service marketing, and strategic solution development specifically in the healthcare marketDemonstrated experience of taking customer-centric solution market opportunities and articulating them in the form of market and service product requirements documents that articulate customer challenges, desired value proposition, and potential solution areasDemonstrated development of a clear and sustainable business model built on differentiated value prop that is vetted through a validation processKnowledge of healthcare market, specifically in medical products and services solutionsStrong technical understanding for accountable solution area assigned:  Clinical Engineering, Medical Equipment Rental, Patient Handling, Asset Management, or Laser ServicesBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field

REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES

Demonstrated ability to be effective in working with cross-functional teams to clearly define and deliver the right solutions to market, at the right timeExperience and skill in collaborating and motivating people towards delivering top performance and outcomesExperience interacting with healthcare management, and leading voice of customer meetings to define customer requirementsExperience in building service products and managing in-market solution offeringsExperience in calculating and demonstrating customer return on valueExcellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication and presentation skills, including ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical audienceAbility to foster and maintain a high level of organizational professionalism and enthusiasmProficient computer skills in MS Office SuiteTravel of 30-40%

Pay Range for All Remote Locations:

$96,390.49-$250,594.37

This range represents the low and high ends of the Agiliti pay range for this position. This base pay range information is based on the market locations shown. The actual pay offered may vary depending on several factors including geographic location, experience, job-related knowledge, skills, and related factors.
