Key Accountabilities
Responsible for conducting monthly revenue and profit analysis for the SPA & Wellness Department and presenting the results. Works closely with the Sales & Marketing Department to develop sales strategies to achieve the hotel’s commercial objectives.
Takes full responsibility for daily operational matters within the SPA & Wellness department, including determining appropriate shifts, overseeing cleanliness, health, and safety, and managing other operational aspects.
Ensures that service standards are followed, implements actions to guarantee brand and group standards, and ensures guest satisfaction. Personally addresses all guest complaints, follows up, and escalates to higher levels if necessary.
Ensures that all treatments within the spa comply with standards and best practices by organizing ongoing training for continuous improvement.
Hires, develops, motivates, guides, and coaches department members. Ensures all new therapists receive comprehensive training and operates with a high-level understanding and awareness of wellness trends and innovations.
Monitors the operation of mechanical, electrical, and heating systems through routine preventative maintenance and repairs. Follows proper notification procedures in the event of equipment failure.
Completes the proper inventory system for spa services and products. Manages retail operations and ensures that they adhere to business plan objectives.
Reviews and approves purchase planners, pricing recommendations, and inventory tracking.
General Requirements
SPA & Wellness operational leadership experience.
Must possess excellent interpersonal communication and organizational skills,handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Require 5 Years’ experience in a similar role within a Luxury Hotel Environment.
Fluent English and Turkish communication proficiency.
