Director of Spa - THE BARAI (1-Year Contract)

You will be responsible for the efficient running of the division in line with Hyatt Hotels Corporation’s Corporate Strategic Priorities, whilst meeting colleague, guest and owner expectations. The Director of Spa is responsible to manage the department as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with hotel and Hyatt International standards, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Spa operation and administration.

Scope and General Purpose of Position:

Drives wellness expertise and business optimization by achieving targeted goals and expectations, while designing and delivering holistic wellness experiences that enhance guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
