Acuity is seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Strategic Programs to lead and manage our strategic digital initiatives, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A). This role is critical in driving the successful execution of high-impact digital transformation programs that align with our business objectives and growth strategies.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities (Essential Functions) Strategic Program Management: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of strategic IT programs. Ensure programs are aligned with the company's strategic goals and objectives. Develop and manage program budgets, timelines, and resources. Define, measure, and drive the realization of value from strategic programs and initiatives. Mergers and Acquisitions: Oversee the IT aspects of M&A activities, including due diligence, integration planning, and execution. Develop integration playbooks and methodologies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of IT systems and processes. Identify and mitigate risks associated with M&A activities. Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a liaison between IT and business and functional units to ensure alignment and support for strategic initiatives. Communicate program status, risks, and issues to senior leadership and stakeholders. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Performance Monitoring and Reporting: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure program performance and success. Prepare and present regular reports on program progress, outcomes, and impact. Implement corrective actions as needed to ensure program objectives are met. Skills and Minimum Experience Required Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in program management, with a focus on leading strategic digital initiatives and M&A integrations. Strong business acumen and extensive experience leading transformative change. Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex IT programs. Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and integration processes. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with experience influencing cross-functional teams. Navigates the organization with tact, builds trusting relationships at all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
