This position will directly report to the Vice President of Actuarial Services and is responsible for creating the blueprints for success and making sure that emerging results are tracking to plan. Gentiva is partnering with payers, providers and risk bearing entities to create a value based palliative care offering targeting patients approaching end of life.This is a great opportunity to grow and advance within the organization.
