Job Description

Danfoss is looking for a Director of Supply Chain Technology, Projects & Testing. The overall goal for the position will be to ensure that the manufacturing equipment & technology is developed, established, maintained, and continuously improved to meet Danfoss Drives business objectives in Safety, Quality, Delivery and Cost.

Job Responsibilities Lead a team of highly specialized, competent, and committed technology experts Ensure Danfoss Drives maintain high level of SC technology expertise Manage Project plans and targets in strong collaboration with Danfoss stakeholders Represent SC Management in cross functional New Product Development Drive the Manufacturing footprint development and optimization projects Ensure the financial feasibility in projects through CAPEX and cost calculation Build relationships to relevant external stakeholders like universities etc. Background & Skills

Required (basic) qualifications
•    Bachelor’s in engineering 
•    Experience from Industrial and/or Electronics manufacturing setups
•    Knowledgeable about and experienced in Manufacturing Technologies
•    Leadership experience from either direct management or project management

Preferred qualifications
•    MBA is preferred
•    Leadership experience leading leaders 
•    Previous experience operating in a global company

•    You are willing to make the necessary decisions while ensuring quality in your work
•    The job requires both sitting/standing and walking activities within our Loves Park facility.
 

Compensation Data

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $136,000 - $170,000 annual salary range. Base salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
