We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Director of Support Coordination to lead our team in delivering exceptional services to individuals with I\/DD and their families. This role involves overseeing the Support Coordination department operating in multiple Counties throughout NJ. The position is remote but requires some days to be worked out of the Raritan, NJ office as well as commuting to client's homes, and other services providers throughout Morris, Union, Sussex, and Middlesex Counties as needed.\n

Role of a Support Coordinator:\n\nSupervise a team of SCS and SC staff\nMonitoring ISPs, MMTs, deliverables\nBilling\nMarket services in Counties with schools, service providers and families\nDevelops and monitors client Service Plans (NJISP)\nEngages in monthly, quarterly and annual contact with clients as required\nProvides documentation related to billing\nMaintains contact with external agencies providing direct services\nMaintains electronic records via the irecord and internal agency databases

Qualifications:\n\n Bachelor's Degree required with minimum of 2 years documented
experience as a Support Coordination Supervisor (SCS) with a DDD approved
SCA\n\n
Ability to pass criminal\/registry background checks\/drug screen\n\n\n\nClear tuberculosis screening\nA valid driver's license, no more than 5 points or DUI in last 3 years\nAbility to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR\/First Aid, Medication Administration and Positive Behavioral Support Training\n\n
Training:\n\nAll employees are required to complete 10-15 trainings upon hire and on an ongoing basis\nTrainings are a combination of in person, which require staff to commute to the main office in Raritan NJ, and remote, using Go To Meeting\nAll trainings are paid\n\n
