Position Summary\n
The Director of Talent Acquisition will be a key member of the senior management team, reporting directly to the CEO. This role is responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive Talent Acquisition framework that drives operational excellence and aligns with COA's strategic business objectives. Leading a team of two Talent Acquisition Specialists, the Director will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, optimize talent strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement in hiring practices.\n
Key Responsibilities\n\nDesign and implement an innovative recruitment strategy to attract top talent across all levels.\nVendor management\nMetrics and reporting \nManage and optimize the budget for recruiting tools, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and other talent acquisition platforms, ensuring cost-effectiveness and maximum return on investment. Maximum ROI.\nWork closely with department heads, including Marketing, Learning & Development, and Hiring Managers, to create compelling job descriptions and enhance employer branding.\nOptimize and refine the recruitment lifecycle, ensuring alignment with organizational needs and efficiency in hiring workflows.\nLead talent forecasting, establish career progression frameworks, and mentor managers on staff development and retention strategies.\nDevelop initiatives that promote employee satisfaction, productivity, and long-term commitment.\nCreate, implement, and oversee a bonus\/incentive compensation plan for the Talent Acquisition team.\nEnsure recruitment policies and procedures adhere to legal and compliance standards while integrating COA's core values into hiring practices.\nProvide hands-on leadership and mentorship to a team of two Talent Acquisition Specialists, driving performance and innovation.\nLead the implementation and optimization of HRIS and ATS platforms to enhance recruitment operations.\n\n
Qualifications\n\nBachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nMinimum 10 years of HR experience, with a strong emphasis on Talent Acquisition.\nMinimum 5 years of senior management experience\nProven track record in HR\/ATS systems implementation and data integration.\nPHR, SPHR, or SHRM-SCP certification preferred.\nStrong ability to develop and execute high-level talent management, retention, and recruitment strategies.\nHands-on experience leading and mentoring a team of recruiters, with the ability to drive strategic initiatives.\nAble to manage talent acquisition projects with minimal resources while delivering high-impact results.\nExceptional ability to influence, coach, and collaborate at all organizational levels.\nThrives in a fast-paced, dynamic, and continuously evolving environment with a results-driven mindset.\n\n
