Job Description
THE TEAMAs part of the global Talent & Culture Team, which focuses on fostering a high-performance, inclusive workplace aligned with Rosewood Hotel Group’s luxury service standards, this role contributes to strategic HR initiatives, talent development, and cultural transformation. You will report directly to the General Manager, collaborating closely with department heads, corporate teams and local labor authorities.
YOUR ROLEAs Director of Talent & Culture, you will strategically lead and oversee all aspects of human resources, ensuring alignment with Rosewood’s luxury service standards and business objectives. Your expertise will drive organizational excellence through the following areas: Organizational Development, Human Resource Administration, Associate Reward Systems (Compensation & Benefits), Training & Development, Associate Resourcing and Planning (Selection & Recruitment), People Management and Services (including associate relations and industrial relations), Legal Reporting (including Policies & Procedures and quality service standards), as well as Systems and Administration for payroll processing.
HOW YOU’LL MAKE THE PLACE Develop and execute comprehensive talent strategies including workforce planning, recruitment, compensation, and performance management for hotel operationsLead organizational development initiatives to embed Rosewood's culture, values and brand standards across all associate touchpointsOversee all HR operations including policy administration, employee relations, training programs, and compliance with local labor regulationsDesign and implement associate engagement programs (wellness initiatives, recognition systems, communication channels) to foster a positive work environmentManage HR budgets, analyze workforce metrics, and provide executive reporting to support data-driven decision making
COULD THIS BE YOU?You bring 5+ years in senior HR leadership, ideally in luxury hospitality, with a track record of strategic talent solutions.Your expertise in Vietnam labor law ensures compliance while fostering a fair, thriving workplace.You’re fluent in Vietnamese and English, bridging communication gaps across all levels.You translate business objectives into HR initiatives that boost performance and culture.You’re a collaborative leader who builds trust with teams, executives, and external partners.You hold a degree in HR, Hotel Management, or a related field, paired with sharp problem-solving and project management skills.
