Director of Talent Management and Development

This position plays a pivotal role in leading recruitment and development initiatives to further shape and grow a high performing workforce across a three-hospital system. The Manager of Talent and Development is a contributing member of the Human Resources Leadership Team and is responsible for setting recruiting objectives, overseeing and leading talent management strategies, implementing strategic programs and practices in alignment with the hospital’s service lines and business plans. Partnering with Hospital System leaders to align talent needs and priorities, identify areas of staff development, foster employee engagement and succession planning to prepare future leaders. This is a collaborative, hands-on position requiring finesse and tenacity. This role requires a strong focus and confidence in building relationships among all levels of the organization and with community partners.
