We're on the hunt for a Director of Talent & Team Performance who is as passionate about creating high performing teams as we are about building cool playgrounds. Summary: As the Director of Talent and Performance, you will be the driving force behind building a high-performance culture by equipping leaders with the tools, knowledge, and confidence to assess and develop their teams effectively. Your expertise will ensure that managers have clear guidance on evaluating individual performance and making informed decisions about employee growth and development. In this role, you will: + Provide strategic direction, guidance, and support to leadership teams to help them accurately assess and elevate team performance. + Develop and implement frameworks that empower managers to make objective, growth-focused decisions for their people. + Lead and collaborate with the HR team to drive company-wide performance strategies. + Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, ensuring they have the insights and support needed to create an environment where individuals and teams thrive. We are looking for : + 5 + years experience specializing in Talent Development, performance management and leading a dynamic team. + Expertise in Organizational Behaviour motivating and inspiring top performers. + You have a history of success leading and inspiring individual, team and company performance. + Education may be in Business, Human Resources, Psychology, Sociology, Organizational Behaviour or something else just as interesting or compelling. + Stellar communication and interpersonal skills. + Skilled at navigating conflict or tough conversations and moving through challenges quickly, effectively and in alignment with our core values and unique culture.
