As a Director of Technical Product Management you will design, develop and manage activities for your product(s) from early definition and planning through production, release and end of life.  You will also be responsible for full product lifecycle management, with a technical focus, including strategy, design, development, management and end of life of existing or acquired products.

Primary Responsibilities:

•    Collaborate with customers and business stakeholders to obtain & understand voice of customer (VOC), develop requirements, prioritize features and identify outcome-based opportunities and solutions that translate to a roadmap to deliver thoughtful, customer centric solutions.
•    Partner with technical leaders and development teams across portfolios to ensure proper execution of product vision, strategy, and features for Contact Center Data and Analytics products, services, and support.
•    Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
•    Understand and align priorities for enterprise data/system migration initiatives including migrating on-prem data sources into cloud repositories as well as migrating/implementing enterprise platforms and systems.
•    Understand and drive discussions regarding data concepts, management, acquisition, storage, governance, security, and access controls.
•    Understand and drive discussions regarding technical concepts, schedule tradeoffs and innovation opportunities with technical and non-technical teams.
•    Ensure product initiatives are directly tied to and delivering on organizational OKRs.
•    Manage and triage escalation of issues that could impact the budget, timeline, or strategic vision.
•    Influence and drive prioritization for highest value work using data-centric strategies and product management best practices across product development roadmap(s) and backlog(s) in the portfolio.
•    Create and communicate the value proposition via marketing materials for product promotion, awareness and adoption.
•    Identify and drive initiatives that result in measurable improvement and drives adoption across portfolios.
•    Communicate effectively to build relationships with all stakeholders and senior leaders across product teams and Market Segments.
•    Deep knowledge of users, customers, technical/business industries, market segments and Agile product and engineering best practices.
•    Work with delivery leadership teams to align Engineering / Architecture practices, objectives and expectations with the Product team.
•    Drive innovation into the product portfolio in collaboration with business, operational and technology leaders by identifying opportunities to use emerging technologies.
•    Define and ensure outcome measures are appropriately in place and utilized to derive insights/advance the product roadmap.
•    Balance business priorities with technology enablers to advance platform and minimize tech debt.
•    Understand engineering workstreams, challenges, and processes and how to relate them to product and business problems.
•    Build a collaborative culture and foster relationships with strategic partners with focus on innovation, growth, and continuous improvement.
•    Tell the story of the product both internally and externally; Provides subject matter expertise.
•    Partner with engineering teams to articulate high level end to end solutions including data flows.
•    Prioritize and re-evaluate requirements throughout product delivery to ensure business objectives, key results and product vision are being met.
•    Drive continuous feedback loops to guarantee teams are focused on the needs of the customer.

Required Qualifications:

•    Proven experience in technology-powered products and methods of modern product discovery and product delivery in an Agile framework.
•    Proven experience leading teams with diverse backgrounds in a technical organization.
•    Experience creating technical roadmap(s) from conception to launch, driving product vision, defining go-to-market strategy, and leading design discussions.
•    Experience in defining, developing, and maintaining platform-level scaled product solutions with diverse set of stakeholders and competing priorities between common-capabilities and specific internal-partner needs.
•    Experience in leading and executing cross functional deliverables between product lines.
•    Strong technical aptitude and proactively work with engineering teams to make sure best practices & NFRs are met.
•    Strong communication skills and ability to influence leaders and multiple stakeholders with and without direct authority.
•    Experience defining and tracking product OKRs that measure outcomes rather than outputs
•    Presentation skills and experience presenting to medium sized groups.
•    Ability to work within a highly regulated and competing environment, preferably healthcare technology.  
•    Ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
•    Ability to think strategically and execute methodically.

 
 
Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience with product management tools like Aha, Rally, GitHub, and an understanding of DevOps.
•    Experience presenting to large audiences, both technical and non-technical.
•    Understanding of cloud architecture and tools including Azure, Snowflake, SQL, Databricks, etc.
•    Experience with cloud-based contact center platforms including CCaaS platforms such as Genesys, NICE, and AWS.
•    industry trends in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
•    Health care industry experience.
•    Product Management certification.
