Director of Training and Compliance

 

We are searching for a highly organized, systems-oriented professional to join our team as the Director of Training and Compliance within our Developmental & Cognitive Services Division (DCS). This leadership role is central to ensuring program quality, workforce readiness, and licensing preparedness across 40+ residential and community-based programs. The DTC leads with structural influence, not direct supervision, creating systems that drive accountability, consistency, and transparency at all levels.

 

A strategic quality leader who drives division-wide training infrastructure, internal audits, and compliance monitoring for the DCS division. Operating through structural authority rather than direct supervision, the DTC ensures staff readiness, policy adherence, and licensing preparedness across all programs. This role builds visibility systems, leads internal audits, tracks corrective actions, and collaborates cross-functionally to embed regulatory standards, PBS principles, and continuous improvement into the fabric of program operations and workforce development.

 

The Director of Training and Compliance will:

 

Build and manage a division-wide training infrastructure for all staff and leadership roles Lead internal audits and spot checks to ensure regulatory and documentation compliance Develop dashboards, reports, and escalation systems to track corrective actions and compliance trends Maintain the division’s policy library and ensure training alignment with DDS, MassAbility, and agency standards Collaborate with AVPs and program leaders to embed training and compliance systems into daily operations Champion a culture of continuous learning, safety, and shared accountability

 

Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am-5pm (40 hrs)
