This position – calls for dynamic and aggressive Consultants who would be engaged with our esteemed clients for developing and maintaining relationships with the CXO group, continuously looking for opportunities in those accounts, conceptualizing and bouncing off Operations solutions customised to the opportunities, help the ED/ Partner by developing and driving consulting proposals and lead the delivery teams during consulting engagement for delivering value promised to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Engage and lead the delivery of consulting projects to clients as part of a team or individually, ensuring promised value delivery.Develop and maintain business relationships with clients/targets and pursue new client development.Identify opportunities in existing/potential accounts and engage regularly with client CXO teams to drive business.Manage client expectations and build sustainable, long-term relationships.Create new market opportunities by promoting the PwC brand, staying informed about competition, seeking potential collaboration partners, and closing business deals.Manage project delivery and economics, including risk management, billing, collection, deployment, scope adherence, and profitability.Contribute to thought leadership through continuous learning and innovation, participation in industry seminars, and development of thought capital.Train and develop team members, including campus joiners and lateral hires.Ensure all project outcomes are converted to reusable materials through methodologies, case studies, benchmarks, collaterals, etc.

Years of experience required:

Minimum 12-15 years of overall experience in the manufacturing sector
 

Education qualification:

MBA or Engineering Graduate (4 years degree or equivalent) from a well-known university with a strong academic backgroundExperience in big Four companies or management consultancy is an added advantage.
