Director of Operations Responsibilities:

Responsible for assisting the President in the smooth and efficient operation of Mease Dunedin and Mease Countryside Hospitals. Responsible for integrating the strategic plan of the organization with the operations while providing oversight for the development and delivery of high quality, safe, cost effective and compassionate care. Responsible for assisting in the coordination and implementation of the Community Health Needs of each hospital. Expected to act in the absence of the President and exercise management responsibility over each hospital while maintaining a matrix relationship with other designated Directors. Responsible for coordinating service lines as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Experience:

Minimum Required: 7 years Healthcare Management or 3 years Director Operations at a BayCare Hospital.Preferred Experience:

5 years Hospital Director Operations or equivalent.

Education:
Required: Bachelor's DegreePreferred: Master's Degree

Shift Hours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM
