The Director Operations will be responsible for building and managing an inside sales team across multiple states to meet and exceed budgeted sales goals while maintaining CMS regulations. The director is responsible for providing strategic leadership to rapidly growing Medicare call center sales and operations teams across multiple sites. The director will lead teams of licensed brokers tasked with selling, Medicare Advantage plans to Medicare eligible clients. The director will build, lead, and train a group of specialized, high performing sales to achieve corporate sales and revenue targets. This includes developing annual work plans (including key performance indicators) and budgets as well as managing the P&L. The director will utilize data and analytics to drive sales performance and revenue growth and will manage the operations to enable success. The director will also be responsible for ensuring all policies, procedures, quality standards, and local, state, and federal regulations are maintained and enforced.Supervisory Responsibilities:

High School diploma or equivalent7+ years of successful sales management of an inside sales operationPrevious supervisory / management experience in a 100+ seat call center environmentSolid understanding of call center technology, terminology, and environmentAbility to interface with senior level executives during client meetings and presentationsMust be a proactive, hands-on leader with a proven strategic vision who will drive operational performance with a high degree of accountability and integrityOperates independently in managing complex situations and/or projectsAnticipates risk and develops plan to mitigate the riskAbility to think out of the box and manage towards established goalsMust possess a strong sense of integrity and be able to manage an office independently and maintain high personal and professional standardsPreferred Skills/Abilities:
Bachelor’s Degree in related fieldSolid knowledge and grasp of Medicare / CMS rules and regulations preferred.Physical Requirements:
