All while understanding that **together** we are even better. **Schedule:** Full Time **Shift** : 8am to 5pm **Location:** Woodridge, IL **The role you’ll contribute:** Develops and implements policies, procedures and strategies related to the physician practice operations **The value you’ll bring to the team:** + Develops goals, plans and standards consistent with clinical, administrative, legal and ethical requirements/objectives of the organization. + Plans, organizes and directs all activities related to staffing, including hiring, orienting, evaluating, disciplinary actions and continuing education initiatives. + Prepares operational and departmental budgets and ensures compliance with allocated funding. Coordinates and directs internal/external audits. + Directs and evaluates practice activities to achieve performance and quality control objectives. **The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed** **:** **Minimum qualifications:** + High school diploma/GED with 2 years of experience, or Associate's degree, or Bachelor's degree required. + 5 years of experience required. + 2 years of leadership or management experience required. **Preferred qualifications:** + Master's degree preferred. + 10 years of experience preferred. + 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
