Responsible for the direction of assigned Physician Practice locations.   Directs outpatient medical practices within in accordance with federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations. The Director works in conjunction with the Market Physician Practice Director and hospital executive team(s) to ensure successful growth and development of HighPoint Health Partners medical practices.  Routinely makes onsite visits to assigned market practice locations. 

Minimum Education
Bachelor's degree in healthcare, practice management, business, or related field - Required

5+ years experience in medical practice/outpatient management, contracting or management of physician/provider relationships with a minimum of 3 years direct staff management experience required. Experience in budgeting, physician demand analyses and practice start-ups - Preferred.
