Find your purpose as a Director Physician & Provider Recruitment! You’ll have the opportunity and valuable task of providing organizational leadership to position CentraCare as an exceptional place to practice medicine with a reputation for attracting and retaining outstanding physicians.
Help direct and perform recruitment and retention functions in accordance with the organizational objectives and clinical partner resource office strategic plan. You’ll lead a team of physician and advanced practice provider recruiters, to meet CentraCare's strategic advancement.
Schedule Details:
Full-time | 80 hours every two weeks
Monday – Friday, hours typically between 8am – 5pm
Primarily work from home but will be on-site ~25-50% of the time (at the St. Cloud Hospital) due to meetings, site visits and tours.
Travel to other CentraCare system-wide sites required on occasion.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required. Master’s degree in related field is a plus.
In lieu of Bachelor’s degree, a minimum of 10 years of previous experience in healthcare talent acquisition, consulting, or clinical operational leadership required.
Ideal candidates will have the ability to operate as a subject matter expert on recruiting with a collaborative style; the ability to execute plans – both strategy and project related and the ability to track, prioritize, and drive multiple-concurrent initiatives!
