Leading the Program Management Office for Adient EMEA. Provide leadership and direction for the Program Management community with a focus on systems and processes for Europe. Coaching & Training for EMEA Program Management community. Global leadership for Program Management processes and systems. Global Program Management KPI reporting.

What will your responsibilities be?

Leading and providing direction and guidance for PMO staff.Leading global Program Management Steering Committee.Lead and support executive program and launch readiness reviews.Conduct Program Management community knowledge assessments, identify knowledge gaps and develop trainings for gap closure.Coordinate and provide training and tutorials for the Program and Portfolio Management System. (ProDash), PMBOK, PLUS, PSOS, MOS, Teamcenter, Parts Matrix, O.I. List, Review Standard, Scope Management, Product Change Management, Time Management, Communication Management, Program Financial Management.Support internal and external process audits. (TÜV, TISAX…)Global hotline for PLUS.Program and Launch setup including scaling and Gate date approvals based on program / launch scope.SDT Meeting support & training on request (i.e. Planning Meetings)PLUS specific change requests – review, align globally and disposition.Platform Director coaching & workshops yearly to collect feedback for process and system optimization.User acceptance testing for PM systems.

Which qualifications are we looking for in potential employees?

Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering or Business MBACertificate in Program management from PMI, IPMA, Prince2 or equivalentFluent in EnglishAt least 15 years of experience in the automotive industry.At least 10 years of experience in project management, in the automotive industry through all product-groups: Complete Seat, Metal, Foam and Trim.Leading a minimum of 10 new product launches, including green-/ brownfield launches. At least 1 complex launch including multiple component launches.Proven capability to develop and deliver program management training courses.At least 5 years of experience in PMO role.Expert in “Project Management Knowledge Areas” as described in Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK Guide)Experience with ADIENT or an automotive Tier 1 supplier.Proven track record of experience in leadership, general management and communication.

Other:

Knowledge about Business Operating System (BOS) and deep knowledge about PLUS Procedures, -Standards, -Forms, -Work Instructions.Understanding of engineering development, drawings and automotive production techniques & logistics.Expert knowledge in MS-Office applications like MS-Project, EXCEL, TEAMS, SharePoint, One-Note, Forms, Planner, Streams.Knowledge about Program and Portfolio Management Systems and low-code systems like Smart-App and Mendix.
