Responsibilities: 

Responsible for BayCare Medical Group's (BMG) project portfolio management including planning, development, operational excellence, technology and other projects. Responsible for BMG master facility planning, BMG analytics/ scorecards, standardized operating procedures, practice transition/integration, BMG centralized services and lease management. Provides direction and oversight to BMG executive leadership, sponsors and committees across BayCare Health System, and is responsible for the development and implementation related to planning, management and execution of multiple concurrent and interrelated projects. This will involve a formalized approach to leading the identification, evaluation of resources and technologies aimed at supporting BMG strategic objectives. 

Minimum Qualifications:

Required Education: 

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration; Health Administration or Other Relevant Field, Process Engineering Management Degree focus performance management, organization/process design and Project Management.

Preferred Credentials: 

 Lean Six Sigma Certification (Black Belt) and/or Project Management Professional (PMP).

Required Experience: 

5+ years of applicable leadership experience in an area of Business, Medical Group Management, Practice Administrator or higher, Healthcare Leadership or Transformation Leadership. Experience with operational excellence, project portfolio management and project execution.
